Do you work with clients outside the Netherlands?
About half of our clients are not in Rotterdam. Calls cover most of it, mock-ups travel by courier, and the press check is the one day we like to be there in person.

Who deals with the printer or the factory?
We prepare the files, talk to your printer or factory directly and go to the press check. You pay suppliers yourself, so there is no markup on print.

What do we own when it is done?
Everything we deliver: print-ready files, dielines, source files and renders, with the rights to use and change them. We keep the right to show the work after launch.

What if the scope changes halfway?
We stop, write down the change and what it costs, and carry on when you agree. No invoice you did not see coming.

Can you sign an NDA before the first call?
Yes. Send yours or ask for ours. It is one page and we sign it before you show us anything.
Q-06
What do you need from us?
For a mock-up week, the product or a sample and the pack it comes in now. For a project, a brief and one person who decides. On the bench, a short list at the start of each month.
